Graduated from the MGIMO University Faculty of International Relations, a lawyer in the field of international law. Knowledge of Arabic, English and French allows Larisa Nikolaevna to conduct extensive international activities.

In April 2020, she was awarded the badge of the Russian Foreign Ministry "For Cooperation" for her contribution to the development of humanitarian cooperation between the BRICS countries. And in March 2025 Larisa Zelentsova was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin - "For many years of conscientious work, great personal contribution, assistance and support in solving the tasks of strengthening the sovereignty of the Russian Federation.

"The Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization “International Alliance Of BRICS Strategic Projects” was established on February 29, 2016 with the active support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and a number of government institutions.

Our platform addresses issues of assessing the relevance of projects, ways to solve current and future problems, forecasting, etc. All this is an occasion for support from government agencies and a way to develop society based on real results and civic initiatives that strengthen the federal government and creative international cooperation."

about the current activities (2024-2025)


2024 has been a year of mass integration for public organizations, commercial entities, and the populations of BRICS member states and their partners. Under the chairmanship of the Russian Federation, the activity of the International Alliance of BRICS Strategic Projects has significantly increased, and this year became the year of new beginnings.
The first half of 2025 has provided a bright confidence in the strength to realize the most ambitious and linking projects in BRICS infrastructure.
In 2024 - the first half of 2025, more than 150 events were held.
More than 50 international events are planned for the second half of 2025 with the participation of representatives from different countries and fields of activity.
More than 19 delegations of the International Alliance of BRICS Strategic Projects have been sent abroad (People's Republic of China, Republic of India, Arab Republic of Egypt, Kingdom of Thailand, Republic of South Africa, UAE, Republic of Uzbekistan, Tunisian Republic, Kingdom of Bahrain, Mongolia, Republic of Abkhazia, The State of Qatar, Federative Republic of Brazil, People's Democratic Republic of Algeria).
More than 17 foreign delegations have been welcomed by the organization in Russia (People's Republic of China, Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, Federative Republic of Brazil, South Africa, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, UAE, Republic of India, Republic of Mauritius, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Kingdom of Morocco, Republic of Senegal, Republic of Cameroon, Kingdom of Bahrain, the Republic of Iraq, the Republic of the Sudan).
Our representatives from 60 countries and our team conducted more than 2,500 face-to-face meetings and even more online meetings in 2024-2025. Additionally, 14 new representatives joined our team.

23 memorandums of cooperation and joint activities have been signed with public organizations and governments of various countries:
